Hilary Tsai is a Junior Developer, Video Editor and Motion Designer based in Portland, Oregon. She holds a BFA in Video & Sound from Pacific Northwest College of Art, and has completed a software development bootcamp at The Tech Academy of Portland. Currently, she volunteers at Open Signal Community Media Center as an editor/motion graphics creator on "The Wayback Playback Show."
